Satay sauce

I continue to develop my recipe for Satay Sauce. Here's the present formula :

4 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
3 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp hot water (adjust to consistency desired)

Any suggestions for improving it ?

One recipe added red wine vinegar.
We just happened to have inherited some.
We tried it. It was foul.
