One of the things I'll miss while I'm in England is

my occasional music session with Catrin.

Catrin's Prof de Flûte gave her a load of duets, one of which lends itself particularly to playing on flute and trombone - the Can Can from Orphée aux enfers by Offenbach. We have been picking away at this a little for a while and I think I can say that the results are quite effective.

On my return, if I can persuade Catrin, perhaps we could pop a video on for your appreciation.

Okay, you've returned, so I await the prospect of this video with bated breath. Be nice to the young lady in question, there is only so long that my breath can remain bated!
