AT the Parc Bordelais

I had read about this park in our Bordeaux guidebook, so it was good today to take the kids there. It is just off the boulevards (the inner ring road) near Caudéran, and we found it OK.

It's a grand place, established in 1888 or thereabouts. It has nice ducks, swans and geese, and various things for children to do, like electric go-karts and pedal go-karts and all sorts of other things. It also has lots of ornamental trees (gingkoes, tulip trees, etc.) so I'd like to go back every now and again if possible. Maybe a Sunday afternoon stroll thing?
