Last one today - translation

These fine people are arabophone or russophone, so they do something called "Canevas Graphique", where you have to translate from cartoon strips.

We anglophones have to translate from passages from books written usually in American English. Sometimes I find the English a little difficult to understand.

e.g. When someone goes "downtown shopping" is that normal? Where did they go? Isn't "downtown" the business area where the skyscrapers are?
