Come on, Bible publishers
in French a perfectly usable paperback Bible (Segond 21 translation) is available for 1€50. The aim - to make a Bible available for the price of a cup of coffee. As a result the Bible has sold like hot cakes and we are able to give away Bibles to students and to others.
Why can't we produce a Bible in English for £1.50, or even for £2.00 ? With the greater volumes of production possible, why not at £1 ?
