She got something out of the freezer and - hop - agony. Seeing her get out of bed reminds one of "Raise the Titanic".
Man, bad news. I sympathise. When your back is locked there's no escape. Ironically lying down is the worst, you need to use your back just to roll over in bed, it's terrible.
