Comments

I was inundated at the weekend with a request to enable people to leave feedback ("comments"!) on the blog.

Revd Evans, of South-East England, suggests that they could be a source of encouragement and fellowship - a sort of "hands across the sea" effect.

Thank you Revd Evans. Your feedback is awaited!

Good to see we can now leave comments. I have been reading your blog since before you left for France. We continue to remember you in prayer.

I will leave no comments under any circumstances. If comment-less technology was good enough for Calvin, then it's good enough for me.

Do you know, paul (probably - maybe liz), you're right! I checked my copy of the Institutes last night and ... no comments section. Amazing!

You see, Calvin lived before the computer and internet! Even cars apparently! Amazing. Not surprising that he had not one single relevant idea!

I knew that inviting "comments" was a bad idea.

Plus, how nice to see Steve "Stunning" Dunning while wandering here in the wilds of western France. This is the real advantage of comments!

At LTS, Steve sat at the right hand hand of the front row, I sat at the extreme left. With Phil Bancroft poised immediately in front of the lectern, the poor lecturers simply had nowhere to turn as the theological exocets homed in.

Hi Steve!

And now - following the link to Mr Steve "Stunning" Dunning, I am blessed by the following information, very little of which I EVER knew...

Idade: 42
Sexo: male
Signo astrológico: Sagittarius
Ano do zodíaco: Rabbit

How's that? Calvin did without, hein?

Odd though - he never used to be 42.
