I notice that the price of the house is in Euros and FF . Is that French francs. Do french people still think in francs?

Yes. Very much so.

Some older people even think in old francs.

It's great for us, because to get from francs to pounds you just divide by 10. To get from euros to pounds you have to divide by the exchange rate, which is about 1.4, I think.
