Tax returns for 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 driving me nuts !

I am on my third call to the UK this morning.

How many days have I spent in the UK since 2006....?

Sadly I have lost my 2006 diary.... I can work it out from the blog, but it might take some time...

This latest lady just said, "If you live and work in France since 2005, why are we sending you all these tax returns ?"

I said, "I cannot answer that."

i thought that, since I have no UK income to declare, I'd finish these forms today.

No chance !

I think I have already mentioned that while in the UK people generally find a private teacher for their instrument, or do it through a school scheme, here there are municipal music school, conservatoires and so on. The Kitchen

 Our new apartment will be equipped with toilet and bathroom etc. but not with anything at all in the kitchen. Not even a sink. So we need to purchase a kitchen and engage a kitchen fitter. A friend who knows how to fit kitchens suggested buying an Ikea kitchen. "They're guaranteed twenty years and they honour their guarantee", he said. "I've proved it".
