This one came from Gwilym, so I am pretty sure of its meaning and context.
I would suggest that it is very likely to be yoofspeek.
I checked some of the others remaining on my list and Gwilym confirms that some are so unlikely as to be of no use whatsoever and some are so rude that one cannot in good conscience blog them !
