I am really very sure that that's what they said.
Now you have to guess which one it was...
Maybe it has something to do with recalling the politicians in the mid 60s saying that class sizes must be reduced below 30. When my own children went to school they were still saying it and I expect them to be still saying it when my great grandchildren go to school.
