I was struck today by these verses: Exodus 18:17&18 “This is not good!” Moses’ father-in-law exclaimed. “You’re going to wear yourself out—and the people, too. This job is too heavy a burden for you to handle all by yourself. Wise advice from Jethro and from David Murray in the linked post. I love the way Jethro says of Moses hectic schedule "This is not good"!. No messing about there. :)
